LPFC Club Respect Ambassador announced

I'm thrilled to be able to welcome Bryan Stabler to the Executive Commitee as the Club's Respect Ambassador. Bryan is well known in the local community and was a very popular choice by Managers to fulfil this role. Bryan is not only a parent, team helper and linesman! but is also involved professionally in football and this really does mean we have someone who will be a great asset in this role.
This role will act as the Respect Programme penalty rules officer with myself and the Committee and will act on any sanctions imposed on the club for any breaches in the Respect Programme. This is a vital role in my opinion as we will seek a zero tolerance policy therefore should we see Respect breaches by players, parents or managers then these will not be taken lightly. Bryan brings to the table an approach from adult and youth football. The role also plays an important role in the future of our Club under the Charter Standard status which will involve the Respect Programme much much more in the years ahead.
As a club we fully support the principles of the Respect Programme and we will do all we can to improve it.
Welcome Bryan and thanks
Richard Hon. Secretary
