Awesome afternoon of football for Star's testimonial match, played in great spirit!
A super afternoon of football was had by all last weekend - Sunday 16th July. The boys of the Laurel Park Hurricanes and the girls of Starz mixed up for Vibha's testimonial match before she emigrates to the USA and Charlotte's last match with the Starz (U14s).
It was 12 v 12. A great game finishing 4-4 and then 11-10 on penalties! We raised £86.56 for Target Ovarian Cancer from sale of cakes and match donations. Thanks Mark Nowell and the boys for helping make it a great afternoon. And then we soaked Vibha in the stocks!!!
